Help, no signal ryzen 1600

I have a newbuilt PC it has :

ryzen 1600
msi b350m gaming pro
kfa2 gtx 1060 oc 6 gb
corsair valueselect 1 x16 gb ddr4 2133mhz
corsair cx450M
corsair 100r silent edition
1tb seagate barrecuda

My comuter just wont turn on, tried VGA and HDMI but nothing happens
Every debug led is turned on, but doenst turn off so do you guys know anything like this and know how to fix it?

Try unpluging from the wall and remove the motherboard battery for 5 minutes. I would tell you to remove a stick of RAM but I see you only have one. Try moving it to other DIMM slots. You may have to reset bios each RAM change. Also try disconnecting all drives to remove them as causes. Check to make sure you have the monitor plugged into the video card. The motherboard has no video output with Ryzen as they aren't APU's.

Nothing else works then pull the motherboard out of the case and set it on the motherboard box. This removes any chance the motherboard is grounding on the case. plug everything up while the motherboard is setting on the motherboard box and test starting.

Seeing as you mention VGA & HDMI it does sound like you've plugged the monitor to the board video outs instead of the 1060.
