HELP! No video on new build

Have no video, Boot device LED stays on, no POST. Can't see BIOS screen from HDMI or display port. Have not tried DVI.
MB-Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0
GPU- MSI Radeon R9 390X

Check if your HDD is connected properly. Check the motherboard without the graphics card inserted.

The sata was not seeing the hdd per Asus tech support they said the MB was bad. Sent back into retailer and they say it checked ok. There is no on board video to check without gpu.

The Q-code is a onboard numeric LED generator, that provides you with information on the bot up.
