Question HELP! No video signal but PC starts

I bought a AMD cpu (FX4100) I check it and no visual problems with a A960M-MV motherboard (visualy all components looks good) with a "video signal problem". The PC is turning on, I feel the normal heat of the processor and the integrated video chip, I try with two differents RAMs, I put one, together and the other one... Nothing, I connect a speaker for "Beep sound" and when a I took the two of them nothing happens (The manual says; No RAM detected 2 "Beeps"), I try to do CMOS reset with the manual intructions and nothing happens also I take the battery several times and I press the power button, I put a old video card and also no video signal, I check the power supply pin by pin with a tester and all voltage are good. I only try with a HDMI becuase I don´t have a VGA cable, my country is quarantine and is difficult to buy stuff.

There is no integrated gpu in an FX cpu. You need a discrete gpu with FX cpus, and any video connections will go to that card, not to the motherboard ports.
