HELP! No video signal from graphics card or onboard graphics. CPU fans and LEDs turn on.

Getting no video signal from onboard graphics nor graphics card. have tried three different graphics cards and three different monitors. Tried HDMI DVI and VGA on all the monitors and won't even register a signal. Keyboard and mouse power up and light normally. So does the graphics card light and all the CPU fans and LEDs. Just finished building it again and just need help.

I've already looked at that whole forum and I've done everything. None of it worked and I don't know why that's why I asked another question to see if I can get some other suggestions

what's really confusing me is that both PCS are beside each other and both of them are using all the same cords. One boots and one doesn't. Also tried switching parts from each computer and Mitch matching them but still no luck

Have you tried the CPU/memory in both systems?
