[Help] Nvidia driver crashing

Hey guys,

So i just built my new computer and im really loving it except im running into problems here and there with my video card. Whenever im playing a game whether it be league of legends, WoW or AC3 it occasionally says ''Nvidia driver has stopped working then recovered'' and im not sure why. i have reinstalled the driver with a clean install about 2 times and im not sure whats going on. maybe this driver is just giving me issues and i should install the previous version. im not sure, please help.

Update windows .Automatically detect and install latest best driver and fix all issues.
Update bios.
Update hdd/ssd firmware.
Full Scan system with "SUPERANTISPYWARE" Freeware.

Is this harmful to my machine? Whats the risk of it?
