in my dxdiag display tap notes says that "the file nv4_disp.dll is not digitally signed, which means that it has not been tested by Microsoft's windows hardware quality labs(whql) you may be able to get a whql logo'd driver from the hardware manufacturer". I'm always failed when try to install my vga driver.
my cpu spec :
motherboard:gigabyte p31-s3g
processor: intel core2duo e7200 2.53 ghz(2cpus)
memory:2048mb ram
direct x 90c(4.09.00000.0904)
os:windows xp professional (5.1 build 2600 service pack 3)
vga card: nvidia geforce gt710
note:sometimes bluescreen happen and the problem caused by nv4_disp
how to fix this guys :(
and if i change to windows 7 will my prob solved? thanks a lot

Solution
did you uninstall the older drivers correctly ? did you do it by using device manager or through control panel because

Uninstalling Drivers Using Device Manager is Not Supported
Issue
On all supported versions of Microsoft Windows, uninstalling the NVIDIA driver using
the Windows Device Manager may not remove associated files or applications.

all stated in any NVidia driver release notes in bold lettering ?

after googling '' nv4_disp windows xp '' seems a lot on it and could be common thing to happen ? sad part is fixes are all over the place ???

just seem getting a clean uninstall / install is the key ?

just don't seem to be a concrete solution , and just one of them thing that can pop up

after you uninstall...
for xp use this is there latest driver for that card

http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/105040/en-us

for windows 7 this is there latest driver for gt710

http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/116342/en-us

so it looks like support for win-xp ended with that 368.81 driver ?

maybe fine cause my 980ti I use I still use 355.82 so 368.81 is a newer driver then what I'm using so may be good to try and use

your call on that os thing

use this '' Option 1: Manually find drivers for my NVIDIA products ''

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

I forgot to add none of the XP drivers are whql there only NVidia certified

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us

you can see the win-7 drivers are

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us

I use XP and I donr have any issues with there XP drivers not being whql with a older 6600 card on it

now here in the drivers release notes they kinda state they are ??

''Version 368.81 WHQL Highlights” on page 2''

''Open Windows XP Issues in Version 368.81 WHQL''

http://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/368.81/368.81-winxp-desktop-release-notes-updated.pdf

after you uninstall the driver re boot and then look for that nv4_disp.dll file and delete it if still there in place and let the new install of the NVidia driver replace it [???]

I had to do that before
