help on a cpu upgrade that wont bottleneck

i have a msi gtx 960 2gb 100me gpu and i want to play the upcoming doom 2016 at 1080p 60 fps. Would the Intel Core i5-2400 be a good cpu for the gtx 960 and wont bottleneck in any game. Right now i have a amd 860k and it bottlenecks in some games.
