I've picked up my build here : http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/ZcD4mG
I already bought a case/monitor so for the parts, i would like to spend ~800 $.
Note: i live in canada so the price are different. And i have a hard time choosing my GPU at 250-300$ price range. Also my case is a mid tower (phantom 410)
Please leave your comments on how to improve my build and what gpu i should buy!

Well, can't you get i5-4690k for that price? I saw i5-4690k on amazon for 215$!
Now, in games i5-4690k performs almost as same as AMD FX 8350. If you go with i5 4460 or i5-4690k I suggest you getting GTX 970 which overall is better than R9 280x, but Im not sure of GTX 970 price? If you still want to buy R9 280x, I also suggest you going with AMD FX 8350 which performs better in games than i5-4460 and its cheaper. I think its around 150$. But my honest suggestion is try to find i5-4690k or FX 8350, and get GTX 970...(Remember u'll need to find new mobo if u go with AMD CPU)

- The recomended wattage for R9-280x is 750W as stated on sapphire's website
- You can go for B85 board or i3-4150 if you need to stay in the budget range with R9-280x or you can go for GTX 960

Then get FX 8350. It performs better and it's cheaper.
