Help on building pc

I was wondering if this build is decent to run games on high or max settings for the next few years.

Also, is it possible to transfer my old hard drive into a my new computer? Or will I need to buy a entirely new hard drive

The PSU is poor quality , the GS and G2 are the great ones.
