I have a prebuilt PC Dell Optiplex 9020, which has an Intel Core i7@3.40GHz CPU, 8GB RAM, AMD Radeon HD 8570 GPU and 290W PSU. I want to upgrade my PC with AMD rx 470 and a new PSU. http://www.moddiy.com/products/Dell-OptiPlex-9020-PSU-Main-Power-24%2dPin-to-8%2dPin-Adapter-Cable-(30cm).html

OK that comes out to 5.50"x 5.90" x 3.30". This will fit most 400w to 550w PSU. Below are models that meet the size requirements.

Lowest model I'd look at
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/HvTmP6/evga-power-supply-100w10430kr

Little more power, for a few bucks more
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/MfvZxr/evga-450w-80-bronze-certified-atx-power-supply-100-b1-0450-k1

Solid PSU hitting the 500W mark

Bit more power, bit more cash

Finally 550w, where you'd want to be if you went for more power hungry cards like the 1070 and 1080.

Two of your three links don't work.
Like in your other thread, you need one of these for the PSU to motherboard because of Dell's nonsense

The RX 470 is expected to draw about as much as the Nvidia 1060. So chances are you'll need at least a 400w PSU to run it. The PSU you linked is a good one, tho you will end up with a mass of cables that you won't be using. You can likely bundle them and stash them in the 5.25 bay. You may want to look at a semi modular model if you don't want to deal with the cable clutter. Now as for if it will fit, no idea but it should. The 9020 can handle a standard ATX PSU. But it's Dell, and they like to make everything difficult. So I'd measure your PSU and compare the sizes.

As for the RX 470, no one has it listed for sale yet and I can't find a listing on how large it is. It looks similar to the RX 480 in size, which is 11.80", so measure how wide your motherboard is (along with the gap till you hit the hard drive cage) and see if you'll have about that much room.

My current PSU size is ATX 12V I think

No I mean the physical size. Measure the length.

Depth 140mm× length 150mm height 86mm
