Help on choosing a motherboard.

Hi, I plan on building a PC for casual gaming. I'm stuck between MSI B150M Pro-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard & MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard. I don't understand what is the difference besides the price. Does it really matter?

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor
Motherboard: ???
Memory: Team Elite Plus 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Storage: Hitachi Deskstar 7K2000 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Asus Radeon R7 360 2GB Video Card
Case: DIYPC Ranger-R4-R ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Intel Core i3-6100 is socket LGA 1151. It doesn't fit the MSI H81M-P33 socket.
