Help on graphics card

Hi guys
I need to know if Sapphire ATI PCX R7 240 1GB can fit on my system.
I have:
cpu: core2duo e6600 2.4ghz
mobo: FOXCONN 945G7MC-KRS2H
ram: 3gb
and codegen 400w power supply

it will fit in pci express slot but what case do you have is it a custom pc or prebuilt if its prebuilt what is the model

can the power supply handle the card, cuz i heard its crap, and btw its a regular case

The tdp of the card is only 50 watts. if your not doing overclocking you will be fine with psu because card draws all its power from the pci lane
