Help on my cpu

everytime i play dota 2 and run prime95 it alwys restart automatically with out warning. .here is my hardware HWmonitor findings and CPU specs

It might be a big stress for the cpu. You are using the intergrated graphics and running a game that usses the full potential of it. It might be time for you to get a gpu
