I'm planning a build for a CAD / gaming rig. Here's what I've planned

CPU: AMD FX-8350
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked 1.18GHz
Ram: G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1866 Cas 9
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM
SSD: Crucial MX100 128GB
Case: Corsair Graphite Series 230T Orange ATX Mid Tower
PSU: Corsair CX600 600W 80+ Bronze
OS: Microsoft Windows 8.1
Optical drive and multi card reader will be salvaged from my current PC.

The GPU is slightly getting me bothered, I'm happy sticking to entry level with the option of a later upgrade if need be, so I'm just wondering if it'd be worth saving a few bucks by getting a Radeon R7 260X namely the Gigabyte GV-R726XOC-2GD 1.19GHz because from what I understand they are both similar in performance but the NVidea is less on power consumption. Is the 750ti better overall and with 3D CAD to anyone's knowledge? Also is the PSU sufficient? (Thus warranting the extra pennies). One other thing. If I want to OC the GPU is the 3 included case fans and the CPU cooler adequate for doing this or should I purchase another fan for the exhaust and/or intake

Cheers in advance

Solution
to be honest there both very close cards - pulling one over the other in different games,

ide just go with the one you like the loof of most :)
