Hi! This is my first time building my own computer and I would really appreciate some help with it.
So far this is what I have in mind;
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-H97-GAMING 3
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory CL7
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
GPU: Sapphire R9-280X 3GB Dual-X GDDR5 384bit

If you guys have some suggestions or better build with similar budget please share.
Main purpose of the computer is for gaming only and I would like it to handle some games in 3-5 years.

Right now these are the games I want to play; AA: Proving Grounds, Battlefield 4, GTA 5, Crysis 3, Assassin’s Creed Unity, and Watch Dogs.

PS: I will choose the Case and PSU when the build is final.

The SSD is only for the OS. I already have a 2TB HDD.
What brand of PSU do you recommend? Corsair Builder Series is not available in my country.

Thank you for the suggestions. Anyway, do you think there's a cheaper build with similar performance to what I plan on building? I want the best out of my money.

Don't game or use creative apps on a mechanical drive. a mechanical drive should just be used for warez/storage tbh. SSD is the greatest thing to happen to gaming in the last 10 years or so. Games are ludicrously massive now(due to texture depth/res etc), so having a SSD for your games is sexual as. COD MW(as an example) load times are a joke on a mechanical drive.

Then I will upgrade my SSD if necessary.
