Help on my new build !!!!! plz

hey guys so ive decided to move from amd to a intel build, however i only have around £500 (gbp) to spend on the new build so my idea was to make a build were i can upgrade the cpu and graphics card in the future but still play all my favorite games at a reasonable settings.

the new build im going for is intel and nvidia.........any other ideas would be a help cheers ....

Good mobo, decent PSU, enough RAM, etc. The CPU would be my first upgrade, followed by the GPU.

If you like overclocking and want to have some fun you can go with the G3258 and a Hyper 212 Evo, and OC it.

EDIT: To clarify, this is a build made for upgrading. If you just want the best for £500 I'd recommend a different build.
