Help on my upgrade

Im planning to buy a new graphics card, currently im thinking of buying GT730, coz one of my friends said it would be a cheap and nice upgrade since I have low budget and it fits well with my first gen processor, im new to this, pls help.

im currently low on budget, i only play dota 2 and csgo, would gt730 fill what my current card couldnt do?
btw im not a hardcore gamer, i just need some extra fps on csgo coz sometimes i get fps drops when theres so many smokes thanks

1| Your PSU would be a limiting factor since it seems to me like your PSU might just be as old as your entire system.
2| With what you currently have and not suffer from a BIOS incompatibility issue, you might want to stick to the GTX600 series of GPU's and preferably the GT640 which is at least 3 tiers higher than your current GPU.
3| If you're only gaming on those two titles, you might want to reconsider the upgrade.

Without it's make and model I can't say with confidence if your unit can even output that advertised 400W on it's sticker.
