I own my own website, and use a YouTube channel alot. So, the computer will be used mainly as a streaming rig and video editing rig. I do some photoshop and other Misc things. The main concern is being able to handle the stream. If it can handle the stream, it should be able to handle editing.

Looking to have 2 or 3 monitors.

I have the OS already.

Budget around $1400. Don't see a reason to go even close to that though if it's not much of a gaming PC. Only PC game I have ever played is Diablo 2 and 3. So it will not be used for gaming. But a high quality stream, with overlays, etc etc, is a must.

-My recommendations-

Motherboard: Any modern board should be fine. It doesn't really matter much. (Approx $90)

RAM: Just get a single 8GB chip, any brand is fine. (Approx. $80)

Central Processing Unit: Intel i7 3770 - $304

Graphics Processing Unit: Nvidia Geforce GT 720 $70

Power Supply Unit: Corsair RM650 - $110

Primary Hard Drive (Render Projects on this Drive): Samsung 840 EVO 500GB SSD - $231

Secondary Hard Drive (Save Finished Projects to this Drive): Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB HDD - $148

That should be it! The total comes to $1033 for the stuff I listed.

How do you not need a good PC to stream?
i also dabble with sony vegas and adobe premiere.
I use photoshop.
I upload videos.

Doing that stuff now my laptop sounds like it's going to blow up.
You cant just have any old PC and just stream high quality from it if it can't handle the capture card software and x split or OBS all at once.
