My PC had frozen a few times randomly, whilst watching Youtube videos, surfing the net, closing other flash videos.

It's recently had a new motherboard, RAM and CPU installed (3-4 weeks ago) and these BSOD events (freeze/reboot) have only occurred after that.

OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise, 32 bit
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor, x64 Family 16 Model 6 Stepping 2
Processor Count: 2
RAM: Crucial 2GB DDR3 1333MHz/PC3-10600 Memory CL9 1.5V
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4250, 384 Mb
Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC., M4A88T-V EVO/USB3, Rev X.0x, MT7013040701135
Harddrive: Seagate 160 GB SATA (ST3160023AS)
DVD Drive: Lite-ON DVDRW SOHW 1633S ATA Device

Have I missed a glaringly obvious issue?

I am willing to upgrade the Hard Drive and the DVD Drive if people can recommend a cheap alternative, less than £50 in total please.

I will also change the motherboard if a more compatible one is found, I can return it as faulty within the next month, however I would like to get this all sorted by Monday.

Finally the RAM, I am also willing to change it but it does not seem to be at fault after running several passes of MemTest without fail.

I have reformatted and reinstalled windows, the only issue I can think of is the on board video card or the motherboard itself, that's why I asking about a possible replacement?
