I'm running at 449 mhz now, but I'm playing hell getting past this. But my system is stable. I had to drop my multiplier down to 7, from stock 9. I hope this helps. I went to www.extreme overclocking .net to start out with. They have more imput on overclocking then this forum

If u go to the Asus forums there's a good guide by a member on the best way to overclock this board. Just have a look for the motherboard forum.
