Help On Price To Preformance GPU's

Hello Tom's Community!
Today I have a question about Gpu Preformance ratios for a couple that I have found.

I have found 2 Gpu that I'm interested in that are in the $200 price budget on Craigslit and those being:
($150)-GTX 770 Reference
($200)-GTX 970 Reference

Out of these two what has the best price to performance ratio.

Keep in mind that I will be playing games, such as, GTA V, CS:GO, and a few other light casual games. I appreciate you time at looking at my question.
