help on ram timings

i have an old machine running e7500 and dg41rq with ram 2gbx1 + 1gbx1 running in dual channel
their timing is set to 800 (set to 667) 6-6-6-18
with 1.8v

now when i change my timings to 4-4-4-12 it doesn't boot can hear any beep. what seems to be the problem

you're going to need to give a heck of a lot more info then this. what is your specific ram?

haha sorry. i dont know. are there specific rams that specialized for oc? can you suggest a fast ddr2 ram?
