Help on upgrading

Should I go i5-4430 and get a motherboard or the 960? my current specs are a10-5800k 650ti 8gb h7 cooler

I'd get the i5 & MB then wait for the new GPU releases and grab a newer card.

Above answer takes into consideration that you have the budget for upgrading both in course of the year.If you have not upgrade the gpu first.If that cooler is the Cryorig H7 and your motherboard supports it would overclocking be an option to close the gap if any is there with a gpu like that.
There are newer gpu's coming out so it might be worthwhile to wait for that,but that's up to you.From what i read will they come about halfway 2016,but who knows when they really appear.

Which will run better the A10-5800K+960 or I5-4460 + 650ti on BO3?(I prob won't get an upgrade soon after that)Whenever I play BO3 on my 650ti it will say drivers have crashed and I fully updated my drivers and done a clean install with DDU and downloaded the drivers newest nvidia drivers.

What are the components of the build?

Download hwinfo32,
http://www.hwinfo.com/download32.html
open it,
click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
click save report at the left top,
in the next window at the bottom check=⓪ "short text report" after that next,you'll get to see what is in your pc,
copy that by clicking "copy to clipboard" and right click and paste in you next post.

What psu is used? maker/model/wattage

I think that adding the gtx 960 will give the best performance boost.
