Hi! So, After much MUCH hassle with my CPU, I finally got this to all work, Right now my cpu is running a slight overclock, Everything is on auto and my cpu is running at 3.18 ghz from 2.9 ghz (base clock) So its a slight overclock, I know this cpu can handle up to 3.25 ghz, But didint bother pushing it that far. Now you might say "Oh well you just overclocked it didint you"
Well, I did yes. But i didint touch voltage or anything, And thats where i need YOUR help.
The cpu is a amd phenom II x4 840t and unlocked from a 4 core to a 6 core. For some reason, When that happens it reads in CPU-Z as a "Amd phenom II x6 1405t" But it is really a x4 840t.
Could i get someone to help me overclock this cpu? I know there has been stories about these cpus reaching 4 ghz from 2.9 ghz. (Pretty cool!) Thanks so much!

EDIT!!!: My motherboard is a MSI gaming 970
