[HELP] overclocking nvidia geforce 9500gs

Hi guyz,
I have an old nvidia geforce 9500gs graphics card, im looking to overclock the card, in gpu z the idle temperature shows 50ºc and 68ºc at loaded conditions. Pls provide me step by step procedures for overclocking becaz im new with this kind of things.
