Help Overclocking RAM on Ryzen 7 to 3000Mhz (ASRock)

Can anybody link me to a walk-through guide or explain (in some detail) exactly how to overclock RAM on an ASRock Motherboard? I'm not sure how to set the CAS lanes and such, and all the guides I've seen are on Gigabyte boards with much different BIOS.
