Help overclocking the I7-920

Im totaly new to overclocking so if somebody could tell me how to overclock this my spec is
I7 920
Zalman 9900 LED
6gigs Moushkin1600mhz
Antec 900II
850Wpsu
Gigabyte EX58-UD3R
Dont think that the other components matter
