Help overclocking

Hey so I just bought this and I would appreciate some help overclocking without adding much voltage.
Intel Core i5
Gigabyte P55A-UD3 mobo
4GB G-Skill Rip-Jaw series DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

I assume my other stuff is a little bit irrelevant as I only want to OC the CPU. After reading a ton of overclocking guides I still can't figure out what to do when it comes to my RAM.
I have this setup that seems to run okay but I have gotten the occasional blue screen
CPU Freq: 180x20=3.6GHz
RAM multiplier is at 8 instead of 10 which is what auto sets it to, I got the blue screen more frequently with it at 10.
VCORE: Normal which I believe is 1.18v
I'm still quite new to overclocking as a whole as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't played with an 1156/1366 mobo yet so I can't help you but I bet you'll get some quick help in the Overclocking section.

Try raising you ram voltage (check your ram's max voltage on the box).

Try raising your cpu voltage, 1.18v (is this number from bios or a monitor?) sounds low for 3.6.

I know you want to keep that to a minimum but if you aren't stable its that or lower your speeds. (Btw on c2q I know it helps to turn off the thermal things. Like speedstep, but I don't know if it applys to you)

Are you using prime 95 to test you stability after an overclock? If not do so! If so remember to enable error round-off checking (in prime95) to show errors.
