Help Overheat/Restart Problems

Hey I recently about a 6 days ago built a PC it worked fine the first few days
Yesterday I was playing counterstrike when my PC randomly restarted again today I was not even playing a game my PC was just idle and it restarted but the temps where all around 30 degrees
My PC:
I5 4670k
Gigabyte 770oc
8gb ram
550w corsair PSU

make sure your ram is firmly seated and as well as all connections in the computer are secure

improperly seated ram can cause all sorts of issues

But my pc fine 2days ago :\ but I'll have make sure ram is secure and all cables are secure
