Hello everyone!
I am so close to ascend, but I need some help as I cant decide which mobo is better for my build. ( I'm not going to OC nothing. Budget:1200)
Build:
·Intel Core i7-4790 3.6Ghz Box
·Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO CPU Cooler
·Kingston HyperX Savage DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 16GB 2x8GB CL9
·Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB SATA3
·Sandisk SSD Plus 120GB SATA3
·NZXT S340 USB 3.0
·Corsair CX750M 750W 80 Plus Bronze Modular
·Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 Gaming G1 WindForce OC 4GB GDDR5
Now the motherboard. I was thinking on getting a Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 3 , but I don't see barely anyone getting this one. I've been told that ASUS > GIGABYTE > MSI but I can't decide on which one to choose.
If someone could possibly help me picking a good motherboard for my build I would be very grateful :)

Solution
If you don't buy the parts yet, recommend to change the SSD, PSU, cooler.
1) The 120GB SSD is too small.
2) Should get the better one.
3) TX3 evo has lower cooling performance.
