FIRST PC Build (AKA I'm dumb about this)

I have the following so far
Is this a good build? Please let me know if anything is wrong and if something can be better!

Intel Core i7-8700K Desktop Processor 6 Cores up to 4.7GHz Turbo Unlocked LGA1151

EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC GAMING ACX 3.0 Black Edition

Cooler Master Hyper R-212E-20PK-R2 LED

HyperX Kingston Technology Fury 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 2400MHz

MSI Performance Gaming Intel 8th Gen LGA 1151 M.2 DVI HDMI USB 3.1 Gigabit LAN SLI CFX ATX Motherboard (Z370 Gaming PRO Carbon)

EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2, 80+ GOLD 850W

Seagate ST4000DMB04 4TB
Barracuda SATA 6Gb/s 256MB

Asus 24x DVD-RW Serial-ATA

Internal OEM Optical Drive DRW-24B1ST

Samsung 850 EVO 500GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD

I'm gonna be using this PC for streaming and Fortnite

1. Major usage in details? Only streaming fortnite? You can get away with far less money...
2. Budget and country?
Comments on build:
cooler too weak to overclock 8700k well
ram too slow
psu overkill, 650 is more than enough unless considering SLI in the future
what monitor do you have?

1. I might stream other games but it’s mainly fortnite.
2. I’m fortunate enough to not really have a budget.
3. What kind of Ram do I need for this build?
4. What kind of fan do I need for the CPU you recommend? What kind of CPU fan do you recommend for my current CPU?
5. I have a Benq monitor

Thank you for the help!

ram speed, 2400 vs 3200
8700k is pretty good chip but has only 6 cores/12 threads compared to 2700X's 8 cores/16 threads. More threads help streaming. However, 8700k has stronger single core, so if only gaming, 8700k wins, if streaming, could be close. Some people are concerned with loopholes like spectre etc on Intel chips to happen again, and AM4 socket may last longer than LGA 1151 (300), 2700X is a viable alternative. If you do prefer Intel, wait for 9th gen release, will provide more options for you.

I7-8700K is an excellent CPU. In fact to match it with a GTX 1070 is more than enough.
Ryzen 7 2700X is also an excellent CPU. Choose the one you choose will not disappoint you.

The RAM that corresponds to I7-8700K is, at least, 2666. With 2400 this PC deserves a little. The difference between 2666 and 3000 with Intel is small. The difference in price will tell you if it's worth it.

If you get a Ryzen, then the RAM should definitely be 3000/3200 because Ryzen loves fast memory and is very sensitive to slower memories. The Ryzen of the second generation like the Ryzen 7 2700x are not so sensitive but they still are.
