HELP: PC fault, blinking desktop screen

I have a issue where my desktop screen blinks (approx every 3mins), every shortcut disappears for about 10sec, and any window i have open from my HDD shuts down.

Does anyone have any clue whats wrong with my pc? How can i fix it?

What components do you have? That could be a driver problem.

i5 4670K cpu with H100i water cooler
G.Skill Trident DDR3 8GB Ram
GTX 770 Twin frozer gpu

How can i find out if its a driver issue?

Let's do a basic test. Remove the driver from your rig and let that windows install the "universal" driver for the GPU. See if the errors happen again.
