[HELP] PC freezes after post beep

Hi,

I have a problem booting my computer,
It boots up, i hear the post beep, but then it freezes after its found the CPU. Can't enter the bios, (del,f10 ect).
No respons from the keyboard at all (tested on another computer, and its fine).

Any help is appreciated.
