HELP"!!! Pc is turns on but no display(q code 98 "console input devices connect")

One year ago I bought a computer that I asembeled my self. 4 weeks ago I got an error message when I was starting my computer. On my motherboard it said (98 "console input devices connect") I tried clearing my cmos and I have done whayever I could think of, but it still wont boot. I sometimes get it to work but when I turn it of I get the same problem....

The error basically points to an input device such as a keyboard, or mouse.
or any device connected to the board failing to be initialized.

Other key components for the board to give a message like this can be because the graphics card if in a Pci-e slot is not seated right.
Or due to weight and stress of the card no longer being level or in line with the slot it`s self.
Making and breaking on the internal Pci-e slot contacts.

I have tried using different pci-e slots, but are you saying that the problem might be in the graphics card?

Also I have tried different keyboards and mouses but whatever I do it hets the same result
