[SOLVED] Help! Pc not displaying BIOs

Hi, please can somebody help me?! I am trying to build my first gaming pc. I have fitted all the components together and the lights come on, fan starts up and there are no unusual noise as the keyboard lights up and mouse but the monitor just displays “going into rest mode”. I have tested my PS4 on the monitor and it works ok so isn’t faulty.
my pc components are :
Zotac GeForce 710 graphics card+ classic power ATX power supply + amd Athlon II processor+ Crucial DDR3 RAM + Seagate 1tb hardrive + Asus M5A78L-MLX3 Motherboard. Thank you in advance

Please include/list your specs like so:
CPUU:
OSHERBOARD:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

I'd advise building the system outside of the chassis(atop a table top or a motherboard box) before you reassemble the parts inside the chassis.
