I just put in a new GPU and PSU (GTX 750ti SC and Antec Basiq 550w) and my moniter says: no signal. My dvi-i cable is connected. When I turn on the PC the LED goes on and heatsink and GPU and case fan spins but no beep. Motherboard: AsRock A55M-HVS CPU: AMD A4-4000 (or A3-3000 don't remember). If you help, thank you so much! I can't sleep with this problem and I've been trying to figure it out. Thanks!

Well I'd suggest plugging the old PSU back in & seeing if that works. Also worth trying the old GPU back in too. I checked your motherboard booklet as well, it had nothing about troubleshooting! Useless!
It's probably outputting to your integrated graphics. Plug the cable into the motherboard video out & boot into bios & look for a setting that changes the GPU to discrete instead of integrated.

Edit: just read the no beep! Definitely plugged all the motherboard power cables in? The big 24pin AND the extra little one in the top corner? It could be a 4, 6 or 8 pin, I haven't googled that motherboard to check.

Check the motherboard booklet for boot troubleshooting, is there an led display to tell you the error code? No beeps may already mean a certain thing which should be listed in there.

I fixed it, 1 of my RAM sticks wasn't installed right. IF you have the same problem as me, check out this guide :http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems
