So I got a brand new built PC, and I noticed that after using it that sometimes I just randomly get a black screen.I can't do anything when I get it, my only option is to shut down the PC and start again.
My PC Specs:
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. Z97-P (SOCKET 1150)
GPU: 8192MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 390 Series (ASUStek Computer Inc)
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4.00GHz
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1

First the Motherboard he linked has a BIOS version for the z97-p chipset of 2601, You only need to flash the bios for a Core i7-4790K if the BIOS version is below 0310. Considering the CPU he linked is compatible with all z97 chip-sets that is not the issue. -Source

Your problem is lying in the fact that you have a r9 390 which can pull max torture testing around 40-45 amps, so unless your 12v rail is a big, bad sob more then 55+amps dedicated 12v rail. your computer wont do anything.

700W 80+ PFC 12cm Silent

This is everything the store said about the PSU I have. Should I try to open it up and look for more info?

Kai sekanti karta issijungs atsimink laika ir nuejes i event viewer paieskok erorr'u tuo laiku, jei nieko nebus, reiskia kaltas psu. Bet siaip buk atsargus su varle ir daug nelaukes nunesk jiems kol dar turi garantija.
