[SOLVED] Help, pc shuts down before boot

My specs are:
Psu: Corasair cx600m bronze
Motherboard: msi Z97 gaming5
Cpu: i5 4690k
Memory: 32gb hyperX ddr3
Gpu: rx 460 4gb

So as my specs say I have an rx 460. And I was planning to upgrade to an rtx 2060 6gb and there were some issues with the psu cables so I had to postpone my upgrade. But now after installing my old rx 460 it turns on for a couple seconds and then it shuts down before the bios even appears and aftwr that it will repeatedly turn on and off. I tried removing the gpu and using my integrated graphics. But the problem persists. If anyone knows what this issue could be I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Looks like a potential PSU problem, i have experienced PSU failures before that caused a continious boot up and shutdown loop.

How old is the PSU? the Corsair CX models are generaly not considered corsairs best models.
