Help! PC shutting down after new gpu install

Hello, today i bought a gigabyte r9 280x rev2 second hand with 2 yrs warranty.
But when i start a game... even UNTURNED which is not intensive, the pc shuts off after 5 mins. Same with gta 5, i played around 1 hour and it shut off. When it shut down, the pc starts by itself right away.
Should i make clean windows install because i didnt removed my old gtx 650 drivers?
Also the temps werd around 65-70 when it shuts down for the cpu and gpu( which are the same 5 mins after gameplay on gta, i played 1 hr..)

MY OTHER SPECS:
CPU: I5 4690K
GPU: GIGABYTE R9 280X REV2
PSU: CORSAIR VS 650 (the guy which i bought the gpu is using the same psu)
RAM: 2X4GB GEIL EVO POTENZA
MB: ASROCK B85M PRO3

do you have other peripherals attached that may be draining the psu - sound card etc?

no, only my kb and mouse. Just bought fallout 4 and it handled it for 30 mins and again... shut off and started right away by its own. Is there a way i can see like a error logs that can tell me why it is doing it or something?

You do need to completely remove your old drivers. That may not be the eventual problem, but it's hard to say because that's the first thing you need to do.

Yes, i made a clean windows 7 install with the latest amd Drivers.. i dont know what to do..

try booting from a usb drive to see if it's an OS issue
