hey im new to building pcs and this is my first form post so sorry if i am not detailed enough, i recently been having issues playing all kinds of games from high demanding games like far cry 5, AC origins and even games like nfs 2 on low graphic settings, i cant get 10 - 15 mins into a game without my pc turning off, i also had the same issue when i connected up my ps4 controller, sometimes the second the pc recognises the controller while im starting a game up it would cut out, but my ps3 controller works fine, im always running heat monitors for my cpu and gpu, my gpu sits around 50 - 75 (gaming) 30 (idle) and my cpu sit around 50 - 60 (gaming) 20 (idle), i recently noticed my north bridge heat sink was ridiculously hot as well not sure if thats normal? and today i noticed all 6 of my cpu cores were loaded at 100% while gaming and the disk was also bouncing to 100% on task manager, iv replaced cmos, restarted bios, tried all different power settings, upgraded my gpu, added a powerful cooler to the north bridge, cleaned all dust out ( i do that every few weeks ), updated all my drivers, deep cleaned my pc using ccleaner and also manually, the pc doesn't cut out as much as it used to but its still pretty consistent, is there any descent advice i dont fry my pc or something..
my specs are:-

processor - AMD FX - 6300 six-core processor 3.50 ghz
installed ram - 14
psu - plenty 500w
gpu - asus gtx 960 4gb turbo
mob - ASUS M5A97 R2.0
running windows 10
harddrives, 350gb ( de-fragmented and optimised yesterday )

thanks!!!!
