Hi all, looking for some help diagnosing an issue with a "new-ish" build please.
I purchased a new case, be quiet! base 500 to move my existing components to. Once I did so, the PC would not boot. There is only a small squeaking noise and the LAN light is flashing orange at the same intervals. There were no issues with it before I moved components to the new case.
I grabbed a very old psu from and old machine and tried it, this did not initially work until I removed the SATA power cables to both my ssd and hdd. Then it will boot. I do have an m.2 dive installed that has my OS on it, but it wont boot to windows. Just wants me to install boot device and reboot. I can get to the BIOS if I reset the CMOS using the jumper, but can't get in by mashing DEL on my keyboard. The M.2 drive is recognized in the BIOS and is set to the primary boot device.
I tried my initial PSU in another PC and it works, which I thought was odd. I put it back in my current build and made sure I had no sata power cables plugged in but it still wont boot.
I've now borrowed a brand new, never used AORUS 750w PSU and tried it and I have the same issue as with my original psu, squeaking noise with the LAN light flashing.
My best guess is there is something wrong with my motherboard, but I can't figure out what. Would appreciate any help/ideas you all may have! Thanks.

Most problems like that happen because of some short between MB and chassis.
