Question Help PC won't boot

Hello, I was just building my pc when I turned it on for the first time it bioted into bios I changed the RAM frequency, after that I pressed exit and reboot, the pc never turned off or did nothing after that, I tried taking the cmos battery out but it still wont show any bios or nothing, please help.

Cpu- ryzen 3 3100
Gpu-Nvidia 1650
RAM- 8X2 16GB 3600MHZ
MEMORY- M.2 SAMSUNG 500GB AND 1TB HDD
MOTHER- Prime B450M-A Asus
