Help! PC Wont Start (Motherboard Issue?)

HI all, wondering if you guys could help me out. Today i went to turn on my PC and nothing happened, no lights fans, not even the status light that is usually on on my GPU even when the PC is power off but still plugged in. I took all the components out of the case and tried. Then it started but did display anything. Eventually, it got to the BIOS with one stick of RAM and the GPU plugged in. SO i turned it off again to add another stick of RAM to see if it makes a difference, and now its not turning on again. Not even fans or lights on GPU. So i dont know what to do. I have tested with a different PSU that i know works and i got the same result. so im thinking its a motherboard issue. Any help is appreciated.

Ok, new update. I have managed to get it turning on and going to BIOS now, i realised that the power switch i was using when the parts were outside the case was broken. SO now im going to try mount it all back in its case and hope for the best!
