Question Help, Pc wont turn on

I just finished a new my new build, I plugged it in and press the power button and nothing turns on. The motherboard lights are glowing but nothing else is turning on. My build is https://pcpartpicker.com/list/qRhbsZ. I've checked the cpu for any bent pins and there's none and everything is installed fine.

What do the small Q-LED's next to the RAM slots show when you boot?

There's no qled lights that shine because i cant boot it up. The motherboard also doesnt have pwr sr button.

Are you certain the front panel wires from your case are plugged in correctly?

I went to a computer shop to check and apparently the motherboard shortaged out.

If you didn't put the standoffs in the right places under the motherboard it can short the motherboard out.
