Question Help -- PC won't turn on ?

So I’ve got a gigabyte z490 gaming x in a phanteks p500a and I’ve had this problem happen twice:

The PC would power on with everything plugged in and then restart and then shut off again, and now it won’t turn on. I’ve checked everything, could it be my CPU?
it’s intel i7 10700kf

With problems of this nature it's customary to include full system specs, including make, model & age of the PSU.
