Question Help- PCIe Controller (x16) - 1901

I just bought a Asus Zephrys Laptop and I went through installing all my design software twice due to Windows blowing up on me. I have everything running now except my Nvidia 2070 card is not working now. Went to Device manager and had the message that the driver was corrupted. I can't seem to get Asus to follow up with me and I have to get this running or I'm returning this Laptop. It's only 2days old. It says it's t he " Intel(R) PCIe Controller (x16) -1901 " driver. I went to the ASUS support and looked up all the system software but I can't even find this driver. I know how to go in and re-install the driver after watching some videos, but I don't know where to find this driver to see if I can re-install it to get my Nvidia Card running.

Can someone please help me?

Try Intel chipset driver (may be called something like INF driver or similar). That and Nvidia graphics drivers.

They told me to install the Nvidia drivers, but that was a no go...

"No go" as in failed to install? Installed but didn't do anything?

What exactly are the symptoms of your issue, other than the warning in device manager?
