Yep, your PSU only has two 6+2 pin PCIE connectors...while each GPU needs one 6 pin and one 8 pin. So, you need to additional 6 pin connectors. Which means you need a better PSU. While you are at it, you should get more wattage for the PSU also.

Good, it is better to have too much power and connections than not enough for sure. Also, if you plan on SLIing the GPU, then depending on the game you may start getting bottlenecks. You can take a look at a few threads on Tomshardware regarding that if you want to find out more information and opinions on that.
And is there a particular reason you opted for two HDDs rather than a larger one? Just curious because you can get a 3 TB for the same or similar price as the two 1 TB ones.
