Help pick between 2 GPU's

Currently I have:
12g ram
750 W PSU
i7 960 3.2 GHz
x58m Motherboard

I would go with the Sapphire. It's practically identical and significantly cheaper.

Even though the Sapphire is clocked slower, I'd still buy it over the Asus simply because it's 50 dollars cheaper.

I wouldn't get either. Grab a normal 7970, such as this:

And then just OC it so that it performs the same, if not better than the GHz edition, for $100 less.

That Asus is monstrous (size wise). They're $50 apart, which is always a consideration for me. The Asus has 3 years warranty vs. the sapphire with 2...i personally have always loved the sapphire cards i've bought, especially for the lower price they usually come in at. Cooling should be a bit better with the Asus it looks like. If you ever want to crossfire, the asus will probably give you problems since it's 3 slot...I vote Sapphire.
