[SOLVED] Help picking a monitor

so im finally getting everything for my new build which is going to be this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hNTWvW, but the last component i want to get is a 2nd monitor i already have this monitor:https://pcpartpicker.com/product/RVWrxr/aoc-i2777fq-270-60hz-monitor-i2777fq but i would like to get a new one to pair with it that also has 144hz. i was thinking of one of these 2 monitors https://pcpartpicker.com/product/cFH8TW/msi-optix-g271-270-1920x1080-144-hz-monitor-optix-g271 https://pcpartpicker.com/product/gByqqs/acer-vg270-pbiip-270-1920x1080-144-hz-monitor-umhv0aap02 any opinions on them? first time looking into a 144hz monitor my budget is 200-430

I can vouch for the Acer. Have seen in action and couldn't fault it.
