the rog should be a fine choice. since in boasts a full 165 hz.(oced)
plus it has gsync

One is Freesync for AMD cards, while the other two are GSync for Nvidia cards.

What GPU do you have or are you intending to purchase? That basically answers the GSync or FreeSync question.

If you are going Nvidia and have already settled on a 1440P, 144hz (or a little higher) TN gaming panel, then either of those will be good choices. Both are popular monitors that have been reviewed pretty widely, so if you care enough you can read up on a few reviews for each. But they're going to be pretty similar.
